For many of us, our home is a treasure trove of memories where we watched our children grow up, where we laughed and where we cried.
Home to so many precious memories the thought of ever leaving can be worrying, particularly when faced with reduced independence and the belief that nursing or residential home admission is your only viable option to remain safe.
With Impel Health Care Services 24-hour live-in care service, a healthcare assistant or support worker can move into your home with you to provide a bespoke care service, supporting you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home.

Unlike a care home where many individuals have to be considered, live-in care is a personal one-to-one service that is tailored to the needs of each individual. 24-hour live-in care provides a flexible care service, accommodating your regular routine and specific needs, as well as adapting to your changing circumstances.
We understand that having someone share your home can be a very personal matter. For this reason, our 24-hour live-in care team take extra care to match our staff sympathetically with your situation and personal requests, as well as your clinical needs. We also ensure that all of our 24-hour live-in care staff are fully briefed on your expectations and personal preferences.
As IMPEL Health care we understand that for some moving into care might tend to be overwhelming and disruptive at times. Domiciliary care can be an ideal option for ensuring a person to continue with their routines with friends and family still there.

Caring in the true sense of the word
The sensitivity required for competent care comes from within, a disposition. Our carers reflect on caring as a vocation, a calling, not a job. True caring comes from engagement with the client, being present in the moment, attending to a client’s needs, while being attentive to their person.
Caring for you in your own home.
We understand that one of the most difficult things for many of us in life, is to ask for help. After a lifetime of experiences, it might seem improper, demeaning or embarrassing. Yet asking for assistance is not a demonstration of weakness, rather a realisation that one’s quality of life, physically and/or emotionally, can be enhanced with some kind and reliable help, without suffering any loss of independence or dignity. By working with Impel Healthcare you can stay in the home you love, receiving all the care you need, enabling you to enjoy a great quality of life, with the flexibility of having family and friends over when you choose.
